Because most of our items are custom-made or personalized, we can only accept returns if there’s a quality issue or production error.

Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue:
A replacement, or A refund to your original payment method
If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
For other return reasons, shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return postage.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s been completed.
